The kettle study: all six phases, start to finish

One product, a 1.7-litre cordless kettle, taken through a whole value study. Each phase gives you the facts, asks you to do the work, and ends with a short gate check and a worked answer to compare with yours. At the end you'll have a two-page value study to download and keep. Allow about 90 minutes, in as many sittings as you like.
